How quickly will you have my new website up and running? Great question. We typically have new websites up and running in under 10 business days.
Of course, speed depends on (1) your preferences and (2) how quickly you approve designs for publication. If you have requested custom content (personal pictures, information, blogs, posts, etc created by you) we aim to integrate them into your website design within 3 business days of receipt - usually faster. It is important to note that we will only publish content that has been expressly approved by you. Once you approve your website for publication, typically it will be live within 3-business days - usually faster. Why should I do business with Grey Partners?
Explain 'no-surprises' pricing? Just that. We show you what you get and what you pay up-front. All bundled programs include service, domain and hosting; bundle pricing consists of two fees: initiation fee and monthly service fee. That's it. No hidden fees or charges.
What if I'm unsatisfied with your service? We hope that never happens, but if we've failed to earn your business, you may terminate services at any time.
Simply send us written notice and walk away. I'm unsatisfied with my current provider and would like to switch to Grey Partners. How do we make that happen and can Grey Partners help? Yes, we can help you transfer your domain, search listing or social media accounts. We try to keep the transfer costs low however, each situation is unique. Some are fast and easy - others not so much. Transfer services are provided at an hourly rate of $95 with a $250 minimum.
Can you help me out of my current contract? Unfortunately we do not provide legal assistance. However, if your current provider is unresponsive, we may be able to help you find solutions that work around an old or dead website.

Our goal is to provide 'no-surprises' pricing. Program pricing includes Grey Partners services only. Initiation fee may increase due to additional costs associated with requests for (1) custom imagery, (2) stock imagery royalties or licensing fees, (3) or other hard costs not specifically included in your package. Hard costs associated with paid advertising such as Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Audience Network, or any other online advertising mediums are not included in package pricing and will be billed to your account in addition to your service fees.
